16:58.78 according to my Garmin 610. Garmin splits: 5:24, 5:22, 5:35, 0:37. Wyatt also ran today and ran 19:01. I think he was reasonably happy with his race. I am very very happy to be back under 17 again, and 16:59 is WAY better than 17:01!!! I am pretty happy with my effort today. I am a little disappointed with that third mile split, but I still don't have anywhere near the miles under me this summer that I had last summer. Overall, to be back under 17 already with only about 3 months of running under my belt this year -- I can't complain, and I am very very very grateful to Jesus for allowing me the joy of running and running as well as I can. 16:57.10 officially.
