TM run. Last run in Denver ? Nice and easy. New Effort system...5 will be base pace, something like comfortably faster if that makes sense..at this point this would be something like 9:20 - 9:30. Sub 5 will be recovery like run at various paces, 1 maybe a corpse-like pace if need be. 7 should be tempoish, 8 and 9 will be during races where chicken out, and 10 will be races where i die a little inside.
