nice run..first 7.5 minutes on the crappy treadmill yesterday, and moved to the good one for the rest of the time. That confirmed it...i was working way harder than what the treadmill said. 7.5 minutes warmup at 10:00 - 10:30, probably faster than that, next 55 minutes steady at 9:31, and then warmdown last 5 minutes. Felt slight fatigue past the hour mark..
