Homemade Aerobic Intervals ? Heart-rate based. 20 minutes warmup, 6 2-minutes small inclines (4 2% incline, first and last 1% incline) wit three minutes rest, warmdown. 145 - 150 on the 'hills', back down to 141 - 143 for the rests. Not sure if this is proper, but it sure made the time go by faster.
