slushy, reliably slow and comfortable, RadioHead was such a good fit for this run. L metatarsal pain 3-5, r hamstring as usual. Concerned about some episodic R medial knee pain with postero-lateral radiation. This damn better not fail on me again.
Would have run the neighborhood but the snow makes it too narrow. Sort of pretended the lake was Ridge road up to its intersection with Pierce-Mill. I had plenty of fuel to climb the hill but consider the pace.
Not too shabby post-call
