Dress rehearsal. Met Amanda at the gym after work. I was late due to work and then discovered I’d forgotten a sports bra too, so ran my dress rehearsal in a Victoria’s Secret underwire bra. 3 warm up, 2 at 8:34 pace, 2 cool down. Felt alright despite the late time of day and the stupid bra.
