2 mile warm up, drills, 4x100m strides. Then, 4x1 mile with 400 m rest, at goal 7:55-8:00 pace. Mile intervals ended up 7:58, 7:52, 8:07, 8:01. The last 2 were up hill, and then the rest cool down (2+)ioo
