Hot and hilly long run today on ADP. North from Home Depot to Roanoke, then west to 7 hwy, back to home depot and south to Wyatt, the west to 7 hwy again, and a little south on 7 hwy to the turnaround. Thankfully overcast, but still really humid. With Amanda.
