Ugh. Tried to run this workout when I probably shouldn’t have. Was to have been 2 mile warm up, drills, 4 strides, and then 2x6 miles at goal pace with 1 mile rest between. I was hurting during the first 6 miles fast and tried to push through but finally the hamstring had just had it and I limped it in the last 8 miles at 11-12 minute pace. Really discouraged about this hamstring and my upcoming marathon
