Started this run excited to run in a new place, and promptly face planted on the sidewalk 4 houses down from my son's. Limped back to their house and cleaned up the scrapes, and then decided to get in what run I could, so ran 3 1/2 slow miles after. First 0.2 include a lot of limping around in the time.
