Another cold morning, so Amanda and I met to do a workout at planet fitness. 13 minute warm up, 20 minutes at 7.3 mph (8:13 pace), 4 min jog recovery, 4x200 at 8.4 mph (7:09 pace) with 200 jogs in between, 15 minute cool down.
