Faster finish long run at Planet Fitness because now in illinois there’s rain over snow. Typical warm up, then 6.3 mph until mile 8, then 1 mile each at 6.4, 6.5, 6.6, 6.6, and 6.8 and then the last mile 6.9 for half and last half at 7.0.
