2 mile warm up, drills, 4x100, then 4 miles at goal 8:55 pace (8:40, 8:37, 8:29, 8:33), 2 mile cool down. Felt fantastic. Probably the cooler weather or maybe the magic shoes but overall was a great run with Amanda.
