Really fun interval workout on the indoor track at the old kemper arena. 5 lab warm up, then intervals of 1/4 lap, 1/2 lap, 1 lap, 1 1/2 lap, 2 laps with recoveries in between, then 2, 1 1/2, 1, 1/2,1/4 all with recoveries, then 4 laps cooldown. 350 m track, so mileage is a little approximate.
