Notes

2 mile warm up, then drills, and 4x100 strides. Then 5x1200 goal 8:00 pace. They were 7:55, 7:54, 7:50, 8:03, and 7:51 pace, then 2+ mile cooldown. Supposed to be 10 miles, but I just ran out of time. Felt strong though!
