2 mile Warm up, drills, 4x100, then 4 miles at goal 8:55 (actual 8:35 average), then 1/2 mile jog, 4x30 sec at 5K effort (7:25, 7:25, 7:58, 7:30), then 1 mile cool down. Felt hard but comfortable.
