Ran my speed workout late in the day at the Wheaton planet fitness by Catherine’s house. 1 ish mile warm up, 2x2miles at 8:13 pace (7.3 mph) with 2 min jog in between, 3 min jog after and then 4x200 at 7:09 pace (8.4 mph) with 200 recoveries, 1 ish mile cool down.
