1 mile warm up, 6 miles at goal 8:50 (actually 8:37-8:50), 1 mile at goal 8:16 (actually 8:23), 1 mile cool down. Still felt hard, but came close to completing the work out correctly. With Wendy, and ran in to Anthony for the last couple.
