2 ish mile warmup, up the 39th st hill, then 5x800 on the Paul Kinder middle school track, 400 recoveries in between, back down the hill to cool down. A little trouble holding the pace on the two - just not quite recovered from the marathon yet (3:43,3:43,3:44,3:50,3:51)
