15 minute warm up, 3x5 minutes at 8:16 pace (actual paces 8:14, 8:14, 8:07) with 1 minute jog between, 3 minute jog and then 3x400 at 7:13 pace (1:48 each planned, actual 1:46, 1:46, 1:42) with 400 recovery between, 15 minute cooldown. Felt pretty good.
