Long miles, 4 mile warm up, drills plus 4x100 strides, then 9 miles at goal pace (8:45-8:50 goal, actually all 8:34-8:43), then 6 miles solo to cool down. Felt tired and heavy at the start, but was able to hold the pace just fine. Last run in missouri - first 14 with Amanda
