Notes

2 mile warm up (with Becky and Nichole) then I turned around and did drills, 4x100, then 2 mile time trial (15:12.14 overall, 7:28.85 and 7:43.29). Then 3 mile cool down. Felt like I was really working at the end of 2 miles, but disappointed the second mile was slower.
