Treadmill speedwork, because it’s hard to run fast outside when it’s cold and the trial ruts are frozen. Met Amanda and Stacy. 15 minute warm up, 5x1K at 5K pace (7.9 mph or 7:35 pace) with 3 min jog in between, 15 minute ish cool down. Man, 1000 meters feels long.
