Notes

Good start for the week. First half of the run I noticed that my right foot still aches a bit under the arch. Focused on flat foot strike. Second half as I started the downhill portion, stride felt wonderful, and I used a fore-foot strike more. Also noticed that as I tightened my torso that a tight back had a positive effect on stride.
