Very relaxing, if that's a good way to describe a workout. Not too fatiguing at all. Found the hole in the squat with ease; I can tell there's alot of room for increasing weight. Press felt good, and so did PC. I'm starting to jump and catch with knees slightly bent. Looking forward to adding more weight next week.
Yesterday, I was SO fatigued. It was a combination of inflammation due to illness and slight DOMS. Did eat alot tho. Starting to feel a bit better today. Looking forward to two days off, Memorial day, and then getting back to sprinting next week.
