Finally back at it after a week of schlepping around Minneapolis and imbibing on way too much drink. Today was hard, but I got through it. I'm not sick, but my son is, so that means I'm close behind him as we spent alot of time together. I can feel it, the scratchy throat and the fatigue, but I bet if I eat enough for the next few days I'll recover just fine.
