Traveling with Anna and Roman to Minneapolis

I always have grand ambitions to continue training while on vacation, but the simple temptation of having a bit of alcohol with the evening meal just wrecks it absolutely. Not to mention recovering with more coffee in the morning. While I slowly increased my imbibing on fish-and-chips, beer, and irish whiskey each night, my overall condition deteriorated. This upcoming week I know I'm risking pulling my condition down even more if I do too much. I think I'll just lift on Wed and Fri.

Roman and I did a huge amount of walking each day, between 1 to 4 hours worth, just because there wasn't anything else to do otherwise. I read alot too.
