Notes

Felt good to get out after two weeks off. Ran for 1.5 then stopped and stretched the adductors. Ran and then stopped at the 2 mile mark to stretch the hip flexors. Seemed that widening my stance during strides put more stress on the flexors, but it felt necessary to extend the hips fully.
