Notes

Vandy track is resurfaced but lacks lines and a way to get in. Stride feeling better although right hip flexor still gets sore afterward. Also noticed that isn't my hip flexor popping as I walk. It's actually my knee.

Make sure to remember that adductor strains can be rehab'd by strengthening BOTH adductors and abductors. Short adductors can be counteracted by stretching and utilizing the abductors more in the stride. I failed to realize this for a very long time until just yesterday.
