Got fried yesterday during intervals. Felt like I'd really overreached with the back-to-back DL-interval combo. Dog tired last night and this morning. Coffee didn't work to wake me up. Felt sleepy during warmup. Feel great after workout, though, so there's hope that I'll recover. Really hungry.
