This is how not to perform an interval workout. The recovery time really threw me off. Will definitely run it slower next time. The first 400m was way to fast but felt really good. I just knew from past experience that the rest would feel much worse based on such a first fast lap. I was so fatiugeuuethat I couldn't keep my lower back in alignment, which really aggravated my right side.
