Happened in the evening on the third set of hanging leg raises, 20 reps. Done after dinner on a full stomach; a really bad idea as it made me feel queasy.
Also had a slight headache in the morning and I think I know why: beetroot juice. I drank 500ml 3hrs before the 100m event Thursday, and then I had some more, about 8-12oz tonight. HUGE effect.
