15 min warmup, 5 miles in 31:15 (6:15), cooldown back up to the house. Wanted to be between 6:20-6:00 for this first ET workout, and mainly just wanted to survive this one without caving. Accomplished both my goals and actually didnt feel too bad! Still... a loooong way to go, especially given my boy Aaron did 8 miles averaging 5:48 today...so I am definitely behind him in fitness by at least a month and a half.
