Averaged 5:32 pace for the reps which wasn't too bad. The workout started feeling tough but then Bryce and I got into it and the reps came easier. I think I could have done 8 of these or more without tooo much more trouble. Tough to distinguish between mental effort and physical effort.

Good workout though!
