Went for a run to try and loosen my thighs up from the hill workout. At .82 miles out my left knee felt like something very gently popped and after that point I couldn't run for more than 20ft without having pain in my knee.
So I walked back in shame. I decided to not do anything about my knee after the run as I just wanted to see what happened. In the morning it felt fine. Not sure what I did!
