2 x (600, 400, 800) at goal mile pace i.e. 67 sec 400s, 100 sec 600s, 2:14 800s rest was half of interval pace

ran 101, 65, 2:25, 104, 67, 2:27 (i think those are my times, I didn't have a watch so I just asked people around me....)
