COMMENTS: After the first .6 miles I ran mainly at 5.0 (more than 3 miles). Felt good during run but felt like 4 miles was too far and wanted to quit around 2 miles. It didn't help either that I didn't get started right away so I was running a bit late. Felt real good after the run as well. my left ankle was slightly sore after about 1 1/2 miles, but it didn't get any worse. (639c)
