COMMENTS: Easy run today. Still too dark to run outside. Speed up to 4.6. Wanted to go faster but forced myself not to. Had to stop 3 times within the first 7 minutes, because of stomache problems, but was good after that. Left knee was feeling uncomfortable during run. Did some oils and QT on it after my shower.
