Rest was -0% incline. Speed 4-4.5 to start. Work was 4% to start 4.5 mph. Then rest -2% incline speed 5.5mph. Work 5.5mph and 4% incline. Then went to 5.0mph rest at -2% and work 5.0mph 5% incline. Went up to 7% incline once at 5mph then 4.5mph for rest.

Hills were a little hard, but not too bad.
