Worked nights last night so didn't get up early for a run. It was already fairly hot outside but I took a bottle of water and made the run work. It was hard to keep the pace up for the 2.5 miles tempo which I did in 23:12 a 9:17 pace (a little quicker than I was planning). The last mile which was a slow easy mile, there was a large hill to run up. It's hard to get your HR down when running uphill even if it is a slow pace. Good run. (444c)
