COMMENTS: Only had time for a short run. Too dark outside. Did a bit of speed - started at 4mph and every min went up .2 mph until 5mph then did 2 min at 4mph and 1min at 5mph then 1min at 4mph and 1 min at 5.5mph then finished at 4mph. Legs were feeling heavy, probably due to the incline. Felt good afterwards.
