COMMENTS: Didn't feel like running outside so did a speed workout on the treadmill. I started at 4mph and increased it by .2mph every 2 minutes until 5.2mph then I dropped back to 4mph and increased every .2mph until 4.6mph then back to 4mph to finish it off. Felt really good afterwards.
