Notes
The back inside of my right knee is a little sore. I didn't play soccer last night because it hurt when I kicked the ball. I have to take it easy for a few days. We went for a slow easy run today with Josee and Jeanette. I wore my old shoes by mistake as well which probably wasn't good for my knee. (233c)
