Notes

1 mile at 7 minutes, then turned it up to 6:40 (9.0). Every other quarter mile I did a hill - did 5 (3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5 and 5.0). 1 quarter mile in between each hill at same speed (6:40 or 9.0). Got HR above 170 during the last three hills.
