Notes

1.5 mile run to track. Main set - 5x1mile. All around 6:30-6:40. Then 8x100m barefoot on grass infield. 1.5 mile cool down run to home. Right hip/groin still tight. Solid 5 hour brick. Going to take tomorrow off and take the kids up to Greenbluff. Last chance to take a day off for the next three weeks.
