Averaged 221 watts for 2 hours in mid to high zone 2. End of 13.8 hour week. Not bad for this time of year. Next week is a race week, with the USTF XC Club Championship on Saturday. I'll cut back on hours and milage next week - try to take a days off on Monday and Thursday and take it easy on Wednesday and Friday. Maybe take Sunday off too, but we'll see how I feels after the race on Saturday.
