2.5 mile warm up (18:30) then 5 miles at half marathon pace (6:05-6:10), then 2.5 mile c/d at 7 minute pace (17:30)
Tempo splits went like this -
1. 5:52
2. 6:09 (head wind)
3. 6:01
4. 6:06 (head wind)
5. 5:56
30:04 total time for the 5 miles. I had a hard time getting my HR higher that the mid-160s, but the times were fine.
