BT#2 - 5 hour race pace brick. Really nailed it. Started out on the bike easyish for the first hour, Sat at IM race pace for 2 hours (about 210 watts), focusing on staying the aerobars. The last hour I picked it up to half iron pace, the HR was in the 155-160 range for most of the last hour and the power meter said it was in the 230 range for the last hour. Averaged 215 watts for the 4 hour bike. HR was a couple beats below IM race pace, but that's fine. Really good training ride.
