Ran up to the track with the intent of running 5x1 mile repeats, but I got kicked off after only 2 (6:38, 6:41). Ran up to High Drive the around to Manito Park, kept the pace below 7:00 for the run. Built into high zone 3/low zone 4 for the second half of the run.
