Nice ride out the Fish Lake trail with Gair. Beautiful sunny blue skies, but a little cool. Probably a couple more days of outdoor riding left in the season. Weighed myself at the gym last night and I have gained about 5 pounds. That's not too bad considering my diet since Ironman.
